Kingston Ramblers

Celebrating 60 years of Rambling

The information on these cards are used to contact someone, in the case of an emergency.  They also contain details on allergies and any medicines you may be taking and this can swiftly assist emergency services with your recovery.  ICE information can simply be a card, or sheet of paper with your handwritten details on it, stored in an easy to find location, e.g. wallet or purse.

  • Many walk leaders carry a suppy of Ramblers issued cards.
  • Create your own typewritten card, to store in your purse, wallet, or at the back of a mobile phone under a clear mobile phone cover, or perhaps inside a pocket of a mobile phone case.
  • Both iPhones and Android phones have provision for storing ICE data on the device which can be accessed without having to unlock the device.
